Dr. Nasser S. Bin Kadasah

Chairman

Dr. Nasser S. Bin Kadasah holds a PhD in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Saudi Arabia and an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. He also earned an MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, USA, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia.

He is the Founder and Chairman of NSK Consultants and a certified management, financial, industrial, and economic consultant licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. Dr. Nasser brings extensive international experience.

Prior to establishing NSK Consultants, he served as a Senior Project Manager at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), where he evaluated and analyzed numerous investment and industrial projects across multiple sectors. Through NSK Consultants, he leads strategic advisory initiatives focused on business development, foreign direct investment (FDI), and international partnerships supporting the growth of projects and investments in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Charles W.S. Cho

Chief Representative of Korea

Dr. Charles W.S. Cho has over 30 years of extensive international experience across government and private sectors. He holds a PhD in Tourism Management from Korea, an MBA in International Business Management, an MA in Tourism, Leisure and Aviation Management, and a BA in English Language and Literature. He also completed studies in Law at Harvard Law School and Financial Markets at Yale University.

Throughout his career, Dr. Charles has worked with government entities in Korea and the UAE, including projects within Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), as well as with private sector organizations in construction, industry, engineering, and consulting across the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

He provides strategic advisory services to government institutions and private corporations on economic development, trade, and international economic integration. Dr. Charles has contributed to the development of numerous projects and business initiatives across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and several African countries.

Mr. Hiroshi Kizawa

Chief Representative of Japan

Mr. Hiroshi Kizawa is a global business professional with over 20 years of international experience across Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at Sumitomo Corporation, where he worked as a Business Line Manager and HR Manager, contributing to global partnership development and corporate organizational initiatives.

Mr. Hiro specializes in cross-cultural collaboration, international business development, and organizational transformation. He has extensive experience working with multinational teams and supporting companies in navigating international markets and multicultural environments.

In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Hiro is the Founder and CEO of Uzumibi Inc., an organization focused on connecting Japan with the global business community and supporting professionals and organizations seeking to engage with the Japanese market.

Ms. Jiang Yan

Chief Representative of China

Ms. Jiang Yan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) dual degree from Hunan Normal University and William & Mary Law School (USA). She is the Founder of Lawback Network and a legal expert specializing in international investment and foreign-related dispute resolution.

She serves as Vice President of the Changsha International Chamber of Commerce and is an accredited mediator with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). She brings extensive experience advising large enterprises on cross-border projects, contract structuring, and risk management.

As Chief Representative of China for NSK Consultants, she supports legal and commercial cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia, facilitating secure and effective international partnerships and investment activities.

Mr. Nuno Anahory

Chief Representative of Portugal

Mr. Nuno Anahory holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a degree in Economics from the University of Lisbon. He brings more than 30 years of international experience in finance, investment, and strategic business development across global markets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nuno has held senior leadership roles in multiple sectors including consulting, healthcare, real estate, technology, and infrastructure. His professional expertise includes financial planning, corporate strategy, investment structuring, and economic diplomacy. He has contributed to the development and execution of major business initiatives, supporting organizations in expanding their operations and building strategic partnerships across international markets.

Dr. Željko Hanžek

Chief Representative of Croatia

Dr. Željko Hanžek holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Zagreb and has more than 25 years of professional experience in business development, financial consulting, and investment management.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Željko has held senior leadership positions in multinational corporations and consulting firms, advising organizations on financial modeling, risk assessment, corporate restructuring, and investment strategy. His expertise lies in strategic planning, investment analysis, and corporate advisory, contributing to major financial and business initiatives across global markets.

Mr. Mladen Mijović

Chief Representative of Serbia

Mr. Mladen Mijović holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Serbia. He brings over four decades of professional experience advising both local and international organizations across a wide range of business and investment initiatives.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mijović has been actively involved in project development, international trade, and business expansion activities. His expertise includes identifying investment opportunities, supporting business development initiatives, and advising organizations on improving operational effectiveness in diverse market environments.

Eng. Abdulbaset Abbas

Technology Director

Eng. Abdulbaset Abbas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He is professionally certified by leading global technology companies including Google and IBM, reflecting his strong technical background and commitment to continuous professional development.

He brings experience in technology management, digital solutions, and data-driven systems that support business operations and strategic decision-making. At NSK Consultants, Eng. Abdulbaset leads the firm’s technology initiatives and supports the integration of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and project execution.

Ms. Nour Musallam

Operations Manager

Ms. Nour Musallam serves as Operations Manager at NSK Consultants, where she oversees internal operations and supports the coordination and execution of consulting projects. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at King Saud University.

She brings strong capabilities in workflow management, operational coordination, and business administration. At NSK Consultants, she plays a key role in optimizing internal processes, supporting project teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

Through her strong organizational and analytical skills, Ms. Musallam contributes to improving operational efficiency and supporting the effective delivery of the firm’s consulting services.

Eng. Abdullah Ali Alsubaihi

Project Manager

Eng. Abdullah Ali Alsubaihi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and completed specialized professional training with Saudi Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI). He brings valuable experience in project management, operational planning, and strategic development.

Prior to joining NSK Consultants, Eng. Abdullah worked at the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, where he contributed to coordinating key operational initiatives. At NSK Consultants, he supports the execution of strategic projects and works closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that contribute to business development and organizational growth.

Eng. Abdullah Alghamdi

Project Manager

Eng. Abdullah Alghamdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He also holds professional certifications including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB).

He brings experience in project management, engineering solutions, and operational optimization. At NSK Consultants, Mr. Alghamdi is responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of consulting assignments.

His expertise in project planning, process improvement, and performance analysis contributes to delivering efficient and impactful outcomes for clients.

Eng. Alawi Alsakkaf

China Portfolio Manager

Eng. Alawi Alsakkaf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University, China. He brings valuable international exposure and a strong understanding of the Chinese business environment and industrial landscape.

At NSK Consultants, he leads the China portfolio and plays a key role in building partnerships with Chinese companies seeking opportunities in the Saudi market. His work focuses on investment project development, client relations, and facilitating cooperation between Chinese enterprises and Saudi partners.

Through his experience in business development and cross-border collaboration, Eng. Alawi contributes to identifying strategic opportunities and supporting the successful execution of projects that strengthen economic cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia.
