Dr. Charles has over 30 years of extensive experience in various business around the world. He holds a PhD. in tourism management in Korea and MBA in international business management along with MA in Tourism, Leisure, Aviation Management and BA in English language and literature. Dr. Charles had studied Law in Harvard Law School and Financial Market in Yale University. He has worked for Korea and UAE Abu Dhabi government in Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD) sectors and private sectors (Construction, industry, Engineering & Consulting) in USA, Middle East, Africa and Asia region.
Dr. Charles
provides professional and expert advice to numerous government bodies and private
corporations for economic integration processes, economic development and
trade. Globally, he has contributed to the development of many projects and
businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Africa
as well.
