Dr. Nasser Bin Kadasah

Chairman – NSK Consultants

Dr. Nasser S. Bin Kadasah has more than 19 years experience in international business and foreign direct investment (FDI). He has managed and consulted on numerous foreign and local investment projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the other GCC states. Dr. Nasser, established his consultancy, investment services and business development centre in 2006. Dr. Nasser’s consultancy centre has prepared several industrial feasibility and marketing studies and is developing a number of industrial projects in KSA and the neighboring countries. Dr. Nasser is a certified management, financial, industrial and economic consultant in Saudi Arabia. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), Saudi Economic Association (SEA) and Saudi Management Association (SMA). Dr. Nasser is a Member of the US-Saudi Business Council and an Executive Member of the Saudi-Turkish Business Council.

Dr. Nasser has also banked on his backlog of industrial, financial and management experience as a Senior Project Manager during his tenure at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Riyadh (1994-2002), his training while at SIDF as a Credit Analyst with Chase Manhattan Bank - New York. Dr. Nasser has also attended training courses in well known universities and institutions such as Harvard University, Chemical Bank, University of Birmingham, Euro Money, SIDF and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. During his work at SIDF, Dr. Nasser prepared more than 35 feasibility studies financed by SIDF in KSA. He also supervised and managed different types of industrial projects financed by SIDF.

Dr. Nasser obtained his BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He earned his MSc. in Management Engineering from University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, US, along with a MBA and a PhD in International Business and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) from University of Birmingham, UK. During his PhD research period, Dr. Nasser taught two graduate courses in the Birmingham Business School: Doing Business in Emerging Economies and Cross-cultural Management, focusing on KSA and GCC states. He will continue to oversee the strategic direction of NSK consultants.

Jarrah S. Bin Kadasah

Senior Consultant

Mr. Jarrah Kadasah holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of King Abdulaziz, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and BSc degree in Biology from the University of King Abdulaziz, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Mr. Jarrah has extensive various experience in Strategic Planning, Finance & Accounting and Project Management since 2014. He started his career with Ftyyes Bin Kadasah Group, Bisha, KSA as an Assistant Executive Director in 2014.

He has joined the NSK Group as Senior Consultant in 2017.

Dr. Meer M. A. Hasan

Chief Operating Officer

Meer is a senior finance executive and consultant having over 25 years of professional services in the field of business development including investment & market research, feasibility studies and corporate finance. He worked for both on operational and consulting level. In his most recent post, he served as a Senior Consultant (FDI) with a premier public sector investment promotion agency (IPA) name Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). He has provided strategic and corporate planning advice to investment affairs department including process improvement and investment competitiveness, then as a Head of Research at Watan Investment and Securities LLC an investment banker trader of derivative equity, and last but not least to Joatha Business development Consultants at Riyadh as a Business Consultant.

He provided financial & investment consulting services for international organizations, governments, corporations, and high net worth companies on deals across the Middle East and South Asia. He was involved in the development of first investment report and FDI survey report of Saudi Arabia worked in a team under Booz Allen and Hamilton, Monitor Group and developed policies, process and KPIs for Investment Affairs Department with PwC at Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority.

Being an individual consultant working in Saudi Arabia for the last 20 years has articulated with local blue chips and government and business mechanisms and these experiences really enabled him to develop a wide spectrum of knowledge and skills across the board. He has a talent for tackling cultural considerations and excellence amongst multidisciplinary teams in different geographies.

Meer has started his career in a development bank former BSB as a Senior Officer (Financial Analyst), is a Masters of Commerce major in Finance from the University of Dhaka in 1984 and an Associate of Cost & Executive Accountant (ACEA) in the UK since 1994. He also obtained a PhD degree in business administration under an accelerated degree program of Washington International University at Delaware, USA in 2004.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Bangladesh and Founder Secretary General of Bangladesh Accounting & Finance Professionals Association in Riyadh. He was also a member of American Management Association and is a life member of Institute Business Administration (IBA), university of Dhaka. Has been nominated by UNIDO as EDP Adviser to Ethiopia in 1994 and Financial Analyst-cum-COMFAR to (Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority -former Saudi Consulting House), Ministry of Industries and Electricity of KSA in 1995.
